At Bethlehem Town Family Dental, we work with insurances to the best of our abilities to maximize your insurance benefits. We will be happy to file your claims for you whether you are in-network or out-of-network. However, it is important to understand that insurance companies will never guarantee payment and there are extensive amount of fine prints in their contracts. If an insurance company refuses to reimburse us after multiple attempts, it will be your responsibility to contact the insurance company at that point or pay out-of-pocket for the remaining balance. Understanding the details of dental insurance can be confusing, but we're here to assist you in finding the information you need. We're always happy to help you to make sure that you get the most from your coverage.
Due to constant changes in insurance contracts and policies, we stopped listing the insurances on our website. We can absolutely still see you as a patient here even if we are out-of-network with your insurance. Our office practices dentistry with a high standard of care. Many insurance company contracts do not allow us to keep our standard of care and that's why we became an unrestricted provider. We strongly encourage you to give us a call or email us to find out how your insurance would work with our office.
